Serve as the functional/technical co-leader for implementation of PeopleSoft 8.0 OM (Order, Bill, Ship) module to replace legacy systems. Will work closely with plant OM (Order, Bill, Ship) specialist or department head to configure and test various options in PeopleSoft in order to optimize benefit to the plant. A sound hands-on knowledge of basic supply chain processes is essential.

Serve as member of a team implementing the following PeopleSoft modules: OM, IN, PO/AP and Manufacturing. Project will involve interfacing with I2 planning tools, ver 7.5 instance of GL/AP/AR as well as other legacy systems. Interact with functional users to understand plant requirements and guide functional owner in best utilizing PeopleSoft to meet those needs. Utilize "vanilla" PeopleSoft as much as possible but be competent to design and implement modifications if they are required. Interface with technical personnel such as programmers, DBA's, PeopleSoft consultants and local IT staff. Design and construct reports, queries and interfaces:

Deliverables: Optimized plant process designs related to OM (Order,Bill, Ship), Configured instance of PeopleSoft version 8, Test plans and conditions, Conversion of legacy data into PeopleSoft, Reports, queries and interfaces warehouse enterprise and management software systems, is currently looking to add a systems programmer to its dynamic engineering team.

Requirements for this position are 3+ years in Microsoft Visual Basic with experience in VB6; experience with VB.net; 3+ years experience in designing, analyzing, writing and implementing various application systems, especially in manufacturing/distribution/supply chain. Ideal candidate must be a highly disciplined self-starter and a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
